Welcome to Lizzie Lind Personal Training! Hopefully you’ve been able to gain a feeling of what I do and what i’m about from the website.
This journal section is where i’m going to give you all a little glimpse of recipes, workouts and generally fitness related posts on current trends and if something really gets me excited! Most of all I want you all to just get an idea of who I am and the kind of support that I offer.
Every Friday I’ll pop on a recipe for something that would be great to prep for the following week so keep an eye out!
